How does the process work?

  1. 1) We compile a list of target brands. We clarify the project’s DNA (concept, segment, room mix, revenue sources, competitive landscape) and, based on this, create a list of target domestic/foreign brands–operators.
  2. We establish connections with brands and collect offers. We devise the appropriate model for management and/or franchise rights, collect and compare official offers.
  3. We clarify the LOI (Letter of Intent) and its terms. This is the most critical stage: we uncover the hidden costs within “attractive” offers and strengthen the LOI in favor of the investor.
  4. We manage the negotiation and close the deal. We negotiate with the brand on the agreed model and manage the process until the final contract is signed.
  5. We complete the legal checks together. The legal provisions in the contract are evaluated together with the investor’s legal advisor; risky clauses are revised and finalized.

After the franchise agreement is signed, if you wish, we prepare your hotel for opening together with the GNC Hospitality Consulting team:
