How does the process work?
- 1) We compile a list of target brands. We clarify the project’s DNA (concept, segment, room mix, revenue sources, competitive landscape) and, based on this, create a list of target domestic/foreign brands–operators.
- We establish connections with brands and collect offers. We devise the appropriate model for management and/or franchise rights, collect and compare official offers.
- We clarify the LOI (Letter of Intent) and its terms. This is the most critical stage: we uncover the hidden costs within “attractive” offers and strengthen the LOI in favor of the investor.
- We manage the negotiation and close the deal. We negotiate with the brand on the agreed model and manage the process until the final contract is signed.
- We complete the legal checks together. The legal provisions in the contract are evaluated together with the investor’s legal advisor; risky clauses are revised and finalized.

After the franchise agreement is signed, if you wish, we prepare your hotel for opening together with the GNC Hospitality Consulting team:
